| The Challenge was capture the mood of those trapped in a
cheap hotel. This is the result. Cheap hotel, yes. Mood. Maybe.
|
| Momentum was a difficult challenge. My first
thought was to photograph a child on a swing. I then thought that as I don't
have my own child I would most likely be arrested if I tried to photograph a
stranger's child in the park. The idea of a Newton's cradle developed from
there. It actually took well over 400 frames to get to this end product. The
green light is from a lava lamp. |

| Red (1). This is a photograph of the crossroads
in Kenilworth. Normally I don't like Photoshopping pictures but this was a
special occasion. |
| Red (2). The rear light of a Mk V Ford Fiesta.
|
| Collections - Midland Air Museum Fantastic
collection of aircraft. This is the front of a Lockheed T33 Shooting Star. The
nose you can see on the left is a Gloster Meteor and the aeroplane facing the
camera is another Meteor.
The museum is well worth a visit - the building is chock full of exhibits and
there's numerous more outside.

| The Challenge The challenge for this picture was
"The Challenge". Rather an itterative challenge. I required a bit of help with
the picture. The shot I was taking as this was taken was the challnge picture
"Collections". |
| Muddy Footprints |
| Reflections. It's always good to have a chance to
reflect on events from the past. This picture is taken from a river bank where
I used to walk on a daily basis but haven't done so for over a decade.
|
| Twist. This one doesn't require much introduction.
Thanks to Rob for the challenge. |
| What Goes Around. Special thanks to Jennifer Kirk
for giving me a love of vinyl which means I actually have something to take a
picture of. There is a prize for anyone who can name the album. |
| Superstitions. "March winds and April showers
bring forth May flowers". Judging by this picture there's not going to be many
flowers this year.
Is this really England in April? |
