Momentum

 
Momentum was a difficult challenge. My first thought was to photograph a child on a swing. I then thought that as I don't have my own child I would most likely be arrested if I tried to photograph a stranger's child in the park. The idea of a Newton's cradle developed from there. It actually took well over 400 frames to get to this end product. The green light is from a lava lamp.
